by | May 22, 2024

Albéa Cosmetics & Fragrance has recently revealed a new lipstick product range which is both environmentally friendly and aligns with the company’s goals. The packaging of this product is intentionally developed to have a reduced environmental impact, whilst it also falls in line with the Group’s CSR roadmap.

This roadmap directly focuses on putting carbon footprint reductions and circular economy at the forefront of all of the strategies and this is especially shown through the packaging and the products the company develops.

This excellent new product, PURE KISS is manufactured completely out of PET, which means it is a mono-material and this makes it recyclable. The lipstick itself is elegant and square-shaped and includes the Unigreen mechanism, which is a new 100% PET mechanism that consists of three pieces. Unigreen was cleverly designed with a gentle swivel-torque, which ensures an elegant gesture, this design choice was include for customer satisfaction and it also makes the product easily and securely refillable. Plus, the unguided mechanism is not usable if it has not been snapped into the lipstick base.

On top of this groundbreaking design, PURE KISS also supports different kinds of formulas, whilst it also provides cosmetics brands with a range of customisable solutions. These have all been developed with the intention of helping these brands to accomplish their sustainability goals.

Marketing Manager at Albéa Cosmetics & Fragrance, Laëtitia Beavogui, commented, “Our objective for 2025 is to offer beauty brands a standard range of refillable lipsticks made of environmentally friendly materials that drive packaging recycling.”
